He sailed as a Master Mariner on various kind of ships and worked ashore for more than 19 years in Crewing and Recruitment domains. Capt. Prashar started his shore career as superintendent in Crewing Department of MOL, he subsequently worked in Univan Hong Kong as an Operations Manager and returned to India as General Manager Global Recruitment for Wallem Ship Management Limited. He established Crew Management Company in 2010. He has worked as a member of National Shipping Board of India, the highest advisory body on matters related to Shipping & Infrastructure (Ports).

He is a qualified DEE & DME and a holder of MOT Class I (Motor) certificate. He has 20 years of sailing experience including 10 years as a Chief Engineer. A seasoned technical professional with background in seafarers' training on LNG. He comes with a solid record of safe operations, ensuring strict compliance to ILO, IMO, MLC, RPSL & other regulations.
Mr. Badiwale is in charge of Recruitment of Engineers, in addition to his other responsibilities. He brings technical expertise to VRM and leads the technical management segment.
She has extensive experience in crew manning and recruitment and has been in the shipping industry for 22 years. She leads the recruitment and placement of seafarers on Gas Carrier vessels. She extends support by visiting Ship owners and vessels for MLC audits and inspections. She is in charge of holding crew conferences and assessing the new training needs of seafarers. She heads the panel for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women (POSH) at VRM.
An ex-Master Mariner with a plethora of experience with 23 years at sea serving on various types of vessels, including Bulk Carriers and VLCC and more than 18 years as a Training Superintendent of MOL, involved in the training of seafarers and SMS implementation. He is actively involved in conducting Internal Audits and accident investigations on board vessels.
He has sailing experience on a variety of offshore vessels like Diving support vessel, ROV, Survey, Cable-laying, DP-II, PSV, AHTS, etc. He is experienced in vessel FMEA. He has been proving support to ship owners during trials & various inspections including e-CMID. He has been associated with Global Maritime and DNV-GL, where he worked as a Marine Specialist for Offshore vessels. He is the ADNOC approved Port Captain and Marine Specialist,having worked with ADNOC Oil Fields, QP and Saudi Aramco.
